Delete your Smart Bowling account
In the app
Open Profile, scroll to Account, and tap Delete account. Confirm the prompt. Your account and all of your data (bowler profile, arsenal, sessions, shots, games, and conditioning logs) are removed from our database within a few seconds. You may be asked to sign in again first.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email smartbowlingapp@gmail.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.
Delete some data without closing your account
In the app, remove a ball with the Remove button on its card in Arsenal, and delete a game with the Delete button next to it in Stats. Bowler profile numbers can be changed in Profile. These changes take effect immediately. For anything else, such as a past session and its shots, email the address above and name what to remove; we do it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes everything: your sign-in identity and every record stored under your account (bowler profile, arsenal, sessions, shots, games, and conditioning logs). Nothing is kept after deletion except encrypted Firebase backups, which expire within 30 days.
